Michelle Falkinburg no :( she may have been abandoned in Tijuana but we can’t be sure what’s true bc the owner is manic.. not in her right mind it’s very sad. She loves her dog so much she’s just sick. I know she would never abandon her dog if she was in a healthy state of mind..they were inseparable :(
