Report to animal control as lost immediately, check with animal control daily after first disappearance and as often as possible even after three days (feline strays held for only three days), update microchip information if you have one and if it’s possible. Report to Pawboost (who could use some help) at Facebook https://www.pawboost.com/fb/lexington_ky , put out bedding and the used litter box. Scent can help them find the way home. Also, get on Nextdoor app so you can directly alert many of yo ur neighbors. Hope you get your baby back! Good luck!

Lost Pet Visit Lexington-Fayette Animal Care & Control in person every other day, strays can be adopted out after 3 days for cats, 5 days for dogs. Put flyers everywhere. Post to Lost and Found Pets of Lex If its been more than 3 days also need to visit Lex Humane Society daily
