Description
Dog that looks like a husky mixed with something else, friendly, had a collar but is skinny had matted hair and was roaming around trying to eat anything on sight. I can't take it and humane society is closer, the police won't take it, and animal control is closed right now

I think this dog was dumped, I saw it sniffing around the red robin dumpster off nob hill. It has a collar but no tags. Is skinny and was looking for food. Hair is slightly matted. I got it fries and water and it ate it up, then continued to look for food. Was friendly but obviously scared. I tried to call 911 but the police won't take it due to it not being hurt, the humane society is closed right now and so is animal control. I would love someone to help this pup. I have a cat so I can't take it.
