Black and white stray cat

Message from Finder

I saw this stray cat three weeks in a row at the Ohio Welcoming Center. She/he must've been abondoned not long before. By now she/he learned to walk up to people begging for food. She/he usually lays in the middle of the road and is afraid of people. This cat would walk up to people but not too close.

Thank you. I dont think its him tho. Mine has a white patch on his hind leg, and white on his nose. He does have a Umbilical Hernia. on his tummy.

Sasha Mcleod unfortunately, I couldn't take a better picture since I drove that way @1:00 am and it's still dark. He is in the middle of the road sniffing the concrete for something to eat. I won't drive that way anymore.
