Lulu is a female budgie. The photo attached shows her mate (a male budgie) who looks exactly identical to her, but Lulu has a silver metal leg band and some bare spots/missing feathers on her chest from nesting and feeding her 4 babies. She is very scared and flies fast. Last seen moving quickly near the Nomahegan Pool and Tennis Club in Westfield. If spotted, please approach calmly and contact me immediately!

Is saddens me so much but what you need to do is put that cage outside I told Lori I don't know if she told you you need to put his cage outside because the guy has nowhere to go he wants to come home but how does he come home if all doors are locked? Right? Put his cage outside put it outside now. It's a shot in the dark because it's been over 6 days but do it and put his toys and his bird food in that cage do it now

Posted on Lost and Found birds of the US https://m.facebook.com/groups/637611853061306/permalink/3619278694894592/?mibextid=Nif5oz To Lulu’s owner: We are so sorry to hear your bird is missing. Here are some ideas to assist in your search. *Create a post on Pawboost, NextDoor & Ring, if you haven’t already. *During the daytime: use a wireless Bluetooth speaker to broadcast flock calls or your voice, shake treat bags or anything that might attract attention to food, put the cage out where it can be seen. *During the evening when searching is over, design & print off flyers with photo & contact information. These can be encased in a ziplock to keep weatherproof & posted in areas where allowed like parks, poles & any nearby gathering areas. Also drop off some at vet clinics, pet supply stores, anything within a 5 mile radius. Contact local shelters/rescues & even the police dept - they do pick up found/stray pets all the time. Make sure the world knows - neighbors esp ones that have bird feeders/baths/pools. Hand them out while searching the area. Join every local social media group there is. Run an ad in your local newspaper - some run one for free in lost & found (or cheap). Also check with local bird watcher groups - they’re always out & about. Flyers cannot be placed in mailboxes. *PLEASE CHECK WITH LOCAL ANIMAL SHELTERS & FILE A MISSING PET REPORT*
