Starr Foster Schneider Yep! My new neighbor lets her 2 little dogs out front… there is no fenced yard. Then you hear her SCREAMING for her pups. First of all they don’t know the neighborhood yet, and secondly we live about 4 blocks from Lohman. Oh, and cars speed down the street. I don’t want to see one dead…

We need a education class at shelter to teach animal owners ways to keep there animals for running the streets in Las Cruces. They are in danger or they could be a danger to someone else. Keep your animals secured in your yard yards please you’re also loading up the shelters and taking up space for other dogs that have to die for that spot.:(
