Rosemary Warren obviously you didn't read the initial post. Cat was in carrier while traveling with family. Car accident, carrier thrown from truck, cat took off. No one has stolen or adopted this cat. Although she is pretty, there are thousands of cats just as pretty up for adoption in NC. She hanging out in the area, probably found food source from someone feeding outdoor cats. Even though she is indoor only, cats have an innate ability to survive.
