25 lb 15" tall Beagle (mix?) Tri-color markings, extremely affectionate and playful. Red collar, no tag or chip. Unhoused person said he might be called "Carlitos" but he doesn't answer to that. Very smart and sweet. Definitely under a year old. Found running in the street by a friend in E. Oltorf/Riverside. Spot on right hip that like like a healed injury.
