Our pet cockatiel, Pattu (whom we also call as Kutty), has been missing for a month. She flew out through our garage and was out of sight within seconds. We miss her everyday, and her best friend, another cockatiel at home, has been depressed and is not eating or sleeping well since Pattu went missing. She loves mixed seeds, cooked white rice, peanuts, roti/chapati, millets and bread. She is shy, super smart, and gentle. She may be hesitant to approach strangers, but may come closer if offered her favorite treats. If you spot her, please contact us right away. Thank you for helping us bring our beloved Pattu home. 🙏

It was definitely a white cockatiel with gray, unusual color. My sister called to it, and it seemed interested but it just sat there perched in the tree looking at her.

A similar cockatiel has been spotted in Lancaster MA at intersection of Langen Road and George Hill Road, beside Dexter Drumlin. We saw it on the ground feeding at 6am today (Saturday July 18) but when we tried to approach, it flew up to a tree. This same bird was spotted in the same location a week ago, so it seems it has been hanging out here near the brook.
