FOUND (Sighting Only) – Black German Shepherd near 37th St & Martin Luther King Jr. Way (Oakland/Emeryville) Friendly, wiggly black German Shepherd (or Shepherd mix) seen today near 37th St & Martin Luther King Jr. Way. Unfortunately, the person who spotted her had to catch BART and wasn’t able to safely secure her. She approached a kind man and his small dog who lived nearby. The man didn’t have his phone with him but he/she began following them and he hoped the Shepard would follow him home so he could help. He/She appeared social and approachable.
