Does have on an old worn collar used to be blue now it’s discolored and tatted. He is an indoor outdoor kitty but has not been to check in for too long. Will respond to his name. Is skiddish and doesn’t care for people he don’t know will more then likely run away.

Jennifer Santora he is in Harper creek area (by b drive north) Battle Creek, he didn’t have a collar on when I saw him tho
