Mr. Norman Katz was last seen on the 300 block block f Robineau Road in the Strathmore neighborhood of Syracuse. He’s an orange male tabby cat, approximately 10 years old, neutered and chipped. 12 - 14 lbs. Very friendly. He’s an outdoor cat and has always come back home but has never been missing this long. Any help is greatly appreciated!
