Long hair orange male cat. Scares easily. Indoor only. Last seen Sept 27. He is microchip-ed.

Message from Owner

He was a feral that screamed when he tried to eat. I trapped him and he had exposed nerves in his teeth. He had all his teeth pulled except for the fangs. I have kept him inside ever since. He is a playful sweet little guy but he panics so easily. He knows the outside area and did show up for food within 2 days but I haven't been seen him since. Not like him and I pray he is safe and will come . Since he had surgery on his teeth he can't meow or make any noise for some reason.

Have you tried putting his Litter Box out on your front porch? Also his favorite blanket or towel that he likes to cuddle with? Also a piece of your clothing that has your scent on it. They have a keen sense of smell, and they can smell things from quite far away. Praying you find him very soon 💗

Laura Zingheim No! The litterbox can attract other cats/animals that can fight with or scare your cat away. Put out a shirt or blanket with your scent on it. Take a walk around the neighborhood and call him - he might answer. Talk with neighbors. Flyers. Was he intact? If not may be out carousing. May be just wants to be outside. Hope he is found.
