Alexa Maria Kathryn I am not shaming anyone I am just saying too many animals are being lost, and many of them will never get reunited with the owners, many of them will end up at the shelters or get ed by car or other. Animals at the shelters have huge chance to be euthanized or they will be locked up in cages for the rest of their lives 💔💔💔😢. I understand that accidents do happen, but not that amount. 90 % of lost animals were irresponsible owners. Responsible owners microchip and register their pets, in case of accident that the animal gets lost. Microchip and registration it’s every owner responsibility❗️❗️❗️ If owners did microchip and register their pets many of them would get reunited and end up at the shelters ❗️❗️❗️

Malgorzata Golc There are over 2 million people in Queens. Also, that number doesn't account for dogs that were found but the accounts never updated. I agree with you that way too many dogs get out, and they definitely are irresponsible owners out there. But each situation is an individual situation. People should not be shamed for reporting their pets lost on lost pet sites.

Not helpful at all. An animal is missing. The owner came here asking for help and without knowing the details of how the dog went missing, you decided to shame her. The only thing that will accomplish is to deter people from asking for help and ultimately, it’s the animal who suffers. Instead of being a keyboard warrior and passing judgment, do something to help.

Malgorzata Golc You don't know the situation and accidents can happen to anyone.
