NOT IF THEY'RE CLIPPED PROPERLY. HOWEVER The Problem is Many are not taught or are taught incorrectly on the ways to clipp a Birds wings so that they're Not able to fly to where they're able to Fly away. When a bird has its wings clipped properly they they should gently glide to the ground and Not Slam to the ground and they should Not Be able to gain air or speed and momentum only gently glide to the ground if properly clipped and this goes for most all birds as I have never dealt with anything like owls or eagles and things like this I'm strictly talking about things such as exotic birds from budgies all the way up to the macaws and all things in between

Put cage outside You might also look around nearby bird feeders. Contact local vet offices and animal control. You might see if you can post on Lost Dogs Illinois and Help Find Meech's Friends also
