Unfortunately, I am unable to. I saw them while on my way to work this afternoon. I can give you the information so that you or someone can secure them. And if I see them again tomorrow I can call animal control.

Are u able to secure them until tomorrow and contact Animal Control or take it 2 them poor babies are fending for themselves in the COLD outside Cross check Pawboost alert local shelters and if possible find somewhere out of the COLD until tomorrow where Animal Control can be contacted
