Our 10 year old black cat Toby has been missing since 6/29 at 9pm. He is an indoor cat who got out and has not been seen since. He has green eyes with very small discolorations in both and has a small patch of white on his lower belly. He is neutered and is a very friendly cat - we are missing him terribly and doing everything we can to find him. Hoping someone has seen him
