I would like to know if somebody around is feeding him. I would take him to be neutered. Just let me know if you are feeding him. I cannot take him on, since we'll move shortly. He seems pretty friendly, but I'm not finding out since I cannot commit to him. Please let me know if you know him or have seen him. I hope he has a .
