Phoebe's Owner Says
Phoebe was returned tonight as a result of the above and beyond efforts of our neighbors and a caring couple who sheltered her and kept her safe until they could contact her people. She is in good shape after her adventure and will go to the vet tomorrow to have the stitches removed following the surgery on her leg. We are beyond grateful for the kindness that has been shown to us all day long and as well as our neighbors' determinatio to find her.
