Message from Owner

I-10 Towing Impounded my vehicle on 6/19 and has not let me get my baby Boots since. I have had access to the vehicle ONCE a month after the mishap and I did not see my kitty. They notified me a few days after the mishap that they had seen my car but made no efforts to try and call animal control or give me access to my vehicle to get her (thank god my windows were down) I am hoping a good person in the area saw my sweet baby and she was taken into a home, thus why im posting so late. I have gone countless days and nights outside of the impound yard and havent found her, they have their own ferals they feed so she is eating. My baby is an indoor only thats now been stuck outside for over a month. I am just praying someone knows something! Her name is Boots and she will 100% come to you for a can of tuna. Please reunite me with my baby, I'be had her since she was 10 days old and bottle fed her whole litter with my father who has since past and I just need my baby home safe. Thank you everyone!

Do this immediately.....Put something with his scent on it and put it on the on the porch. Walk your neighborhood and call him, do it again as late as possible (they suggest 3 am). He won’t come out right away, even when he hears you, he will only come out of hiding when he feels it’s safe. They’re usually only 3-5 houses away hunkered down somewhere. If possible leave your garage door or another door or window open enough for him to get in during the night. 🙏https://youtu.be/g2eCoC63B9I

flyers on porches a block around. talk to neighbors. wont go far. be patient. inside cats get scared outside and may not answer when called. A neighbor five doors down kept the flyer and after 6 weeks when I had given up she called and had spotted my cat hiding in the front bushes exactly where I'd called for him dozens of times.. best to call when it's quiet like at night

Their handling of this situation with your car and your cat just seems inhumane and unethical regardless of the mishap. Check websites of your local / county animal shelters for their recent acquired cats. They often have a section you can view their photos and details. It may be better to go there in person as well. I hope she is found🙏🏻

Pet prayer One of ours at was missing for over a week. I found ths scripture and he came home a fw days later. Job 12:7-10 7”But now ask the beast, and they will teach you; And the birds of the air; and they will tell you; 8 Or speak to the earth, and it will teach you; and the fish of the sea will explain to you. 9 Who among all these does not know that the hand of the LORD has done this, 10 in whose hand is the life of every living thing, and the breath of all mankind? You can put your pets name in the prayer. It can be used for cats, dogs... any missing pet. I prayed- FATHER, YOU know the life and the breath of every living creature. FATHER, YOU are the creator of all thing, and this sweet little kitty is also YOUR creation. FATHER we ask you to bring this kitty home. You know where it is LORD. YOU love this sweet little creature and you know how much it’s family misses their kitty. FATHER we ask YOU to bring this sweet little Kitty home to its human family. In the name of JESUS amen

Lost Cats‼️ Indoor only cats and limited outdoor access cats never go far. They go into survival mode and hide in silence. Most of them will not respond when they are in survival mode. 3 AM is the best time to find a missing indoor only cat. This is the time they become most active and responsive. Sit and quietly call for your kitty. Try to stay low, standing is intimidating to cats. Place some dirty socks and pillow cases outside. Your scent will attract your kitty. If you have a garage, place the items near the garage door and crack the door enough for her to get in. DO NOT leave food or litter box outside, it can attract predators and aggressive Tom cats. Because indoor only cats hide so well they are not as likely to be killed by a predator. Don't give up, it can take months to find a missing indoor only cat. Use a flashlight as late at night as you can to look in trees, under cars and in bushes. Try to look for the glow of her eyes. The best chance of you being reunited with your cat is to do a methodical search of the area. Most indoor only cats will be within 160 feet of your home. Survival mode lasts 5 to 14 days but can last longer. Once their hunger gets to a maximum they can snap out of it but this is a dangerous time because they come out of hiding. The majority of cats will try to make a break for home on the 5th night. In addition to posted flyers, make mini flyers and hand them out to your neighbors. Some people don't pay attention to posted flyers. It's VERY VERY important that you look for her as late at night as you can. If you have other cats, watch them. If they are spending a lot of time looking out a certain window, that’s a good indication the missing cat is in that area. Wildlife and motion activated cameras are also helpful. a lot of people are successful trapping their indoor only cats. If you decide to trap, you must watch the trap closely, predators can a cat in a trap.
