This kitty has been coming to 1222 Dreher ave. Stroudsburg, PA to eat for about a year. My friend was feeding him/her but she had to move because Penndot is knocking her hse down to expand Rt. 80. I feed him/her now and I am trying to trap him/her but he/she's too smart. Does this kitty belong to anyone? Please contact me ASAP. He hangs around the hse on and off and I don't want the cat to get hurt when they knock down her hse. I plan to neuter/spay the kitty and get him/her checked at the vet.
