Someone has to be missing this sweet fur baby. He's very friendly (she???) and will likely come back for food. I can put him in a carrier if an owner comes forward, but I can't keep him.

Black cat, friendly, I believe it's a male. Wearing a harness and flea collar. Seen today and also Wednesday was wearing the leash as well. Leash is gone. Lets me pet him. I'm feeding him so he'll be back.
