I had three cockatiels all wings clipped and one got out. I was on the second floor and he flew away and I couldn’t get him 😔had people looking out butttt

And my mother had Macaws. She never lost one either and we lived with our birds in Panama and Nicaragua. I used to breed yellow crested amazons. But I know nothing. Oh well.

Dynnette Boalt Taylor please educate yourself about clipping wings! Clipping wings does not help them not to fly away. It can cause them not to lift from lower areas so that’s helping the bird to be attacked and eaten possibly. Also it causes extreme distress so much so that it can lose trust.
