Found a little black Shih Tzu roaming around the back of the Tacoma cemetery. We tried to catch him, but is on the run. He has a collar on with a phone number, but he’s unapproachable looks scared and lost. There’s no way for him to get out as the back wall of the cemetery is completely closed in and he’s just running back-and-forth along it.

Also, for best results, you should report this dog as FOUND...even though this is just a sighting...rather than lost. His/her owners will be looking for dogs that are FOUND.
