My friend & I named him “Scruffy.” We’ve been feeding him since early July. He showed up to a construction site and is no longer safe here. New homeowners have called animal control & set up a cage. If you recognize him or would like to foster or know of a rescue. Please reply. He’s a sweetheart and just wants love. He deserves a home. He is not aggressive.
