Saw this cat at Victoria Arbors Park has a black/grey collar or maybe just faded. The cat is BEHIND the green gated area where all the trees and bushes are. It’s laying by a bush right next to the walk way that leads to Victoria Park Ln street! It may be injured as it was really shaking and trouble standing but it’s been laying down. Called RC animal center to report it hopefully they can come out but who knows if they can. It has a collar so it clearly belongs to someone. Very sweet cat was meowing for attention and let me get close.
