Gray and white cat. Has black collar with bell.

Message from Finder

I’ve been seeing this cat off and on for two weeks. He comes to me when I’m outside but won’t let me pick him up. Yesterday, I saw what appears to be missing fur and seems thinner. He has a black collar with a bell. He’s a sweetheart, loves when I scratch his belly.

Try to call animal control, especially if the little one looks thinner.

If he is wearing a collar that would tells me he has a home. Probably an indoor outdoor cat.
