The cat is medium-sized with a white chest, white belly, white paws, and a fluffy black tail. I did not see a collar.

While driving on Tussing Road near the intersection of Americana Pkwy and just before Tussing Elementary today I saw a black-and-white tuxedo cat being struck by a vehicle. Sadly the cat did not survive.
