Cute cat. Post him on BARN (Becky's Animal Rescue Network) web site and Greenhill lost found web site; Next Door site. Window perch or cat tree is good to watch world go by. Quality playtime with you and wand toys alleviates boredom and gets him exercised (running, jumping, chasing "prey"). Best wishes. Keep us posted.
