Significant health problems. Youngish tuxedo cat. Characteristic mew and behaviors indicating she was a hse cat. Significant vet bills to date on request if owner wishes to reclaim her.
Message from Finder
I call her Mawli and will keep her unless a positive ID along with photos and description is used to reclaim her. I don't expect she has a long life in front of her, but right now she is in a good place where she is safe and well cared for. She was found near death on a trail, revived, advertised and I took control of her. If the owner wishes to reclaim her, they will need to provide photos and/or describe features of Mawli that are not visible on the photo and also what is going on with her health.
