Found this little guy wandering the bowling alley parking lot after close! No collar or microchip. Not neutered, but is as sweet as can be. He does have fleas but we are working on getting rid of them for him, and he may have mange. We think he is a puppy who got loose from someone's backyard and wandered for a while or someone let him go and didn't take him to a shelter. Please say something if this is your dog! We cannot afford to take in another animal at this time, despite how cute he is. We hope to find his owners as soon as we can, and if not, to find a forever home for this little guy! ❤️

Rose Preston Willis Bass We were leaning more towards him being a puppy or on the younger side just from his behavior. I also think he has been a fenced in animal as he acted like he had never been on a leash before cuz he kept trying to buck it when he was on one. Never bit it or us though; just twisted and tried to get off of it. I would say if he is an adult he is just barely out of puppy stage but I am not 100% sure. And we cannot confirm with vet cuz it is the weekend and they are closed.😅

He looks like he’s fully grown just from his feet. I hope whoever lost him comes forward. If not someone will take him. I have too many animals now so I understand you can’t keep him.

Minerva McGonagle Found him Saturday at 1 am. Went to shelter at 10:30. They are full but took my info and told me the same. Am hoping that someone is looking for him but considering how "rough" the poor baby looked, Idk if anyone is. Am pretty sure I can find *someone* who will want him, it just sadly cannot be us.

I think you have to notify Harnett County Animal Services in case someone went there looking for him for a three day hold and I believe you can hold him as a foster for that time and then you can rehome. Someone on here probably knows the rules better than me, but I think that is how it works. Ty for helping him!!
