Message from Owner

We are so sad to have to repost a message, saying Cutie is missing again!! Last time she came within a couple days, but it has now been 2 weeks!! She disappeared right after our area experienced some bad flooding from a Nor'Easter. She was safely inside, warm and dry, but when the Littles finally went out to play, Cutie slipped outside as well. We have followed all suggested tips, called and visited the shelter, and spent hours searching the surrounding neighborhood. Our main concern is with so many hses in our area now being rented as Airb&bs, that people who maintain the rentals may have opened sheds/grges for storm clean-up and she could have slipped inside. Also, she is very friendly around people, loves kids, dogs, and other Cats, so we are wondering if maybe somebody decided to bring her into their , thinking she was a Stray. She is spayed, up-to-date on all her vaccines, and she DID have a break-away collar on with her tags and our contact info, which we found in the backyard on the ground.. She does not have a chip. Please, if you see Cutie, or know where she is, text/call us night or day at. We would be so grateful for any help in finding our Fur Baby!! Thank you!

Please print flyers with the cats pictures and your contact information and take a run to your neighbors. Ask them if they’ve been in their shed since the cat went missing. If they have asked them to look to see if the cat got closed up in there when they shut the door. You could not hear a cat crying in a shed unless you’re standing right next to it. Look under porches and decks. Go out tonight after 10 PM with a bag of kitty treats and a flashlight. Walk around your yard quietly shaking the kitty treats bag, and call your cat’s name. Look in the bushes for your cat hiding. House cats rarely stray more than 5 to 7 houses from their own. Check the shelter in your city to see if the cat was picked up and turned in.
