Thank you for helping this baby. After checking with neighbors, can you take him/her to check for a chip? If they say no chip, please have them do several full body scans as chips can move and scanners can fail/be faulty. A woman brought a dog to the vet and they said no chip. They brought it to another vet who checked the entire body and found the chip.
