Black and white he’s super friendly just very shy. NO CHIP on the chubby side but healthy. Doesn’t bark. Has a rash of some sort on his back leg.

I used the photo I took on Facebook. I’m trying to find him family. I have my own two dogs and I cannot imagine the fear of losing your baby especially on 4th of July when it’s a scary time for them. I don’t want anything at all in my for the dog to find his family.
