At risk of getting hurt, shot,killed,taken and used for dog fighting bait! 🤬 Get family/friends to help you search!! Place an item with your scent on it outside your home, ( you will have to repeat this if it is raining)contact neighborhood police /constable to keep an eye out, contact neighborhood vets in case someone tried to get help.. Check parks, shelters, animal rescue groups ,Nextdoor. Com, ditches ( hiding from noises) neighborhood garages, dumpsters( might be hungry) Keep posting! Don't forget to get your pet microchipped and registered if not already done( Texas Law in most Counties)! Good luck!!

From the experts (this is copy & paste): IMMEDIATELY CHECK ALL SMALL SPACES!! Under houses, in sheds, in culverts, wells, every small space! Check in closets, under beds, behind dressers, in outbuildings. Go to the shelter IN PERSON, at least every other day. They are required to hold strays for only 3 days if there is no chip. IMMEDIATELY cut several smelly socks into strips and hang everywhere outside. Lost dog experts also highly recommend putting the dog's bedding outside. Create flyers, give to the mailperson, sanitation workers, vets, shelters, pin to bulletin boards at groc stores, tape to bus stops, etc. Also, highly recommend posting to as many lost pet sites as possible. Post to NEXTDOOR.COM & CRAIGSLIST.COM - many reunited in these free sites. Obtain a 'Live Trap', place near where missing, but away from roads, and in shade. Put smelly dog bedding or owner's smelly socks inside, & put water to drink. Lost dog trackers highly recommend grilling bacon outdoors! USE HASHTAGS - ex: #dachshund #chihuahua #chiweenie, etc. It will increase the odds of a reunion.

Go out now if safe while less noise and less traffic. Look close to home in case she's hiding. Put clothes and shoes outdoors with your scent and her food and water. Open the garage some as well as gate( if safe)in case she finds her way back to your home. Let neighbors know to look in their yards. Also look late eve and early morning. Look under cars and if she is walking near or between homes or on a neighbor's porch. Pray for safe return 🙏 Call local veterinary clinics and shelters and animal control every day. Keep looking today and tonight ( if safe)into late night when less noise. I pray you get her safe. Ask neighbors to help. 🙏look close to home again. . I would go door to door asking everyone near your house. Go to neighborhood next to you also. Look now in eve when less traffic less noise and early morning. Take her toy that makes noise. SHe will recognize sounds. Don't give up. Offer a reward / post flyers if you can.
