Orange cat with a white chin and orange eyes

Message from Finder

Found an orange skinny tabby with orange eyes right behind 3327 River Rd n, keizer 97303. Super friendly, meows and has been hiding under the apmts through a vent. Don't know how long the kitty has been outside, happened to see them out my window. Can't tell if fixed, but I'm sure it's a boy since most orange tabby are male, and he's got a handsome face.

Lola I can take more pics of him when I get back home. I do believe he’s somebody baby. I ended up sleeping on the floor with him last night because he was scared/alone.
