Shady is my 8yr old lover. His biological brother Layne, sits in front of the sliding glass door waiting for him every day. Shady loves tummy rubs, & I really miss giving them to him...after which he gives me 3 kisses. Shady is a very timid boy, does not come to a stranger easily. If you see him, the easiest way to calm him would be to give him some tuna or kitty treats, he's probably hungry. He is chunky, kind of heavy, & will claw to get away. Thanks everyone for you advice, comments, & shares. Unfortunately, as of 10/27, my baby has still not returned to home. At this point, I pray someone was able to get him to come into their home & feed him & give him the love he deserves...he is very loyal & loving once he gets to know you. I hate to think he has been outside the whole time, hungry, cold, wet & terrified, not knowing what to do or where to go. I miss him terribly, there is a big hole in my heart where Shady was. Please, everyone, keep searching, as am I, to see if we can't still bring my sweet boy home where he belongs. Thank you all again. Laurie (585) 317-3560
