I appreciate the suggestions you all have given me. These are the things I’ve already been doing in effort to find Disco, so having you all tell me to do the same thing I’ve already been doing lets me know I’m doing all the right things. Thank you everyone so much ❤️

Cats typically stay close to home. Go out when it's quiet and take a flashlight and a favorite toy or treat to shake when calling for them. Be prepared to crawl into a space to get them. Cats can become disoriented and you will need to go get them. Check crawl spaces with a flashlight. I had one that was disoriented that the flashlight caught the top of his ears. I had to crawl in and get him. I've found him in a bush another time. The flashlight caught the reflection of his eyes. I had to literally crawl into places for one of mine. The vet told me it's because they are territorial animals and can become disoriented. Put up flyers and ask neighbors if you might be allowed to look around for your pet. I have found mine under my home twice, once under a low deck, in bushes and even under a neighbor's car in their yard.

Letting your cat outside on purpose does put them in harm's way, especially when they're this young. Please consider keeping him safe inside moving forward.
