Please check with all neighbors, recently kitties found in garages, sheds, vacant props and new construction. When in fear mode they don't run or make any noise so people don't know they are there. Also, I'm sure you are aware of the numerous coyotes that are now coming in closer to the developments as their food chain is drying up due to all the new construction and cats and small dogs are easy prey. They are stealth, they are all around day and night and you won't necessarily see or hear them so always best to keep your cat in especially during the late afternoon/evening. I sure hope your sweet Sid is home soon.
