What an awful person to do this! Make flyers & visit every animal hospital, groomer, pet store to post them in the windows Also bring a bunch to a local pizza place & ask if they can staple a flyer to every outgoing order. It gets the word out. Make so everyone in the area knows your dog. Did you file a police report? Do that for sure. Also check on line selling sites.
