Ann Condento yes, all four paws. She looks like she's been on her own for quite some time. A snotty nose is probably an upper respiratory infection. Needs an antibiotic, food and fluids. Looks dehydrated. Owners probably left her behind and if she has owners has.not been properly cared for. Need to trap her. Good luck and than lk s for helping this poor soul.

Oh my God call Animal Control! It's not complicated! And now you've waited till the weekend when they aren't available. I can try to trap it and bring it to a vet if you will pay for it

Try to get her to all4paws in pawleys island. They will take care of her and check her for a chip. They are a wonderful organization!
