Creating a dog scent station from a rescue who helps reunite pets. Take an unwashed article of your clothing.( Socks , Sheet, Underware , ) & hang it in a tree on your property . The wind will carry the scent. If there is another dog in the home take that dogs fresh poop and rub it in the tree. Open your gates. Your garage door , turn on all your lights. Do this ASAP. A dog can find its way back from miles by following a scent. They don't operate like humans on sight or sound.
