Found this adorable puppy at Rina’s Hair Salon on Orrel & Red Bluff. She walked up with a pink collar but no tag. Took her with me, fed her, bathed her, she slept very comfortably. Today I went to check if she was chipped and she is not. I know she belongs to someone so hopefully this post helps. She is very playful and energetic- she must be only a few months old.
