This dog was waiting sitting outside of the gattis pizza near by. He definitely has an owner becasue it’s wearing a pink and black cloth of some sort. It followed me home without hesitation. I think it’s either been abandoned or the owner was near by. Won’t eat or drink water. Please help me get him some help or get him home. I have no extra room in my small apmt and we have a puppy to take care off. Our neighbor also already has a dog.
