Skinny, hungry grey tabby cat extremely friendly found yesterday. He/she does not have a chip but may have been in a home because he was following me and trying to get in my hse. He is safe at my neighbors hse now, but trying to see if he is lost.

Cyndi Weinstock Shoolbraid I am thinking he was dumped. Most of the feral cats around me are plump, he is skin and bones and was so friendly and wanted in my house. Neighbor said he knows how to use the litter box. So definitely was in a house at some time prior.
