Barbara Kraft-kerns I am located in Wilmington on S Broom. I was riding my bike home and found near roaming in the street. I waited around the area and asked around a bit to try to find an owner. I thought someone abandoned her and didn’t want her to get run over or anything so have been keeping her safe in my home (I’m a dog sitter)
