This little gal was seen wandering almost hit by several cars. She was very scared at first but with some food and water became a total sweetheart. No collar found on her. She is super friendly doesn’t seem to be underweight, and knows commands in Spanish. Not sure if she’s a local stray that gets fed or if she belongs to someone would love to help her either find her way home or find a forever home
