I really think this might be my Scooby.. Its hard to tell. But his eyes and the little white goatee.. He was matted and dirty with long hair.. The clip makes it difficult to tell...ill send a picture of scooby

Contact neighborhood vets in case someone tried to get help,check for microchip IT'S. FREE! contact neighborhood police/constable in case they know the pet or owner, if someone contacts you have THEM tell YOU detail information to make sure the pet goes to the right owner..
