Saw this poor puppy last night in my complex walking around (no collar and tags were seen on her. Haven't taken her to the vet) Skiny, matted and following people look for help. So we picked her up gave her a bath, shelter food and water. But we already have two other dogs that live with us. We have her the name Lola and she's very friendly.
