Sweet fluffy cat without tail

A very sweet cat came into my backyard today and I suspect she is someone’s hse pet. I gave her some water and food but am unable to transport her to a vet or shelter at this time as I am undergoing cancer treatment and am currently under isolation orders after taking a radioactive iodine dose. I need help connecting her with her owner, a vet, or a shelter
